PKK Sukorambi Jember Maintains Vegetable Garden, Optimizes District Office Land

JEMBER, GARISBUMI.com – The land around the Sukorambi District Office, Jember Regency, is being used as a vegetable garden. To maintain the plants and garden cleanliness, the management and cadres of the Sukorambi Family Empowerment and Welfare Team (TP PKK) held community service, Sunday (11/10/2026).

The cadres work together to clean the garden area and care for various types of vegetable plants. This activity is carried out so that the land in the office environment remains green, well maintained and productive.

Sukorambi District PMKS staff, Anik, said that garden maintenance needs to be carried out sustainably so that land use can provide optimal benefits.

"This community service is not only about keeping the environment clean, but also taking care of the vegetable garden that has been developed by TP PKK, Sukorambi District. We hope that this activity will continue to be carried out in a sustainable manner so that the available land can be utilized optimally," said Anik.

According to him, the involvement of cadres shows concern for the environment while strengthening cohesiveness within the organization.

Sukorambi District TP PKK administrator, Fatimah, emphasized that the sustainability of vegetable gardens requires joint commitment. Therefore, plant care activities need to be maintained.

"We want this vegetable garden to remain well maintained and provide benefits. Through community service, cadres can strengthen togetherness while showing that the land around the office can be used for productive activities," said Fatimah.
