This material includes news, articles, opinions, special reports, research results, photos, videos, illustrations, infographics, designs, logos, databases, sound recordings and other journalistic or creative works.

Copyright Ownership

Copyright for material created by the GARIS BUMI team rests with GARIS BUMI or the creator who grants the right to use it to GARIS BUMI.

Copyright for photos, videos, illustrations, writing or other materials originating from partners, news agencies, government agencies, organizations, contributors or third parties remains the property of the respective rights holders. The use of these materials by GARIS BUMI is carried out based on permission, cooperation, source provisions, or applicable legal provisions.

GARIS BUMI's name, logo, visual identity and brand elements may not be used without written approval.

Contributors or partners who submit material to GARIS BUMI are responsible for ensuring that the material is a valid work, does not infringe another party's copyright, and has permission if it contains work belonging to a third party.

Provisions regarding ownership, publication rights, reuse and distribution of material follow the agreement between GARIS BUMI and contributors or partners.

Use by Automatic Machines

Automatic retrieval, copying, collection, or processing of EARTH LINE content in large quantities to build a database, train an artificial intelligence system, generate derivative content, or provide a commercial service requires prior written consent, to the extent such restrictions are permitted by law.

Indexing by search engines to display titles, short snippets and links to original pages is still permitted in accordance with applicable technical standards and regulations.

Correction and Retraction of Material

If news quoted by other media is then corrected or retracted by GARIS BUMI, the media that uses the quotation is expected to follow the correction or retraction in accordance with the Cyber Media Reporting Guidelines.

Corrections and retractions are carried out based on journalistic considerations and applicable regulations, not to delete information that is of public interest without a valid reason.

Reporting Alleged Violations

Rights holders who find their material used on www.garisbumi.com without permission can submit a report by including the following information.

2. Reported page link.

3. Explanation of the allegedly infringing material.
