Come Before the Fire Comes

What is needed is to zoom in, advance the timing and make it more simultaneous in vulnerable areas. It's not just a matter of how many people can be mobilized, but when such a large force can be mobilized. Preventive operations that begin before a situation becomes an emergency.

If necessary, give an identity that is easy to remember. We could call it "Operation Wana Raksa". Not just putting out fires, but protecting forests and land so that fire does not have time to come.

So far we have been very strong when the fire came. Personnel deployed. Command post built. Flying helicopter. Budget out.

Maybe now that power should be brought forward. Come before the fire comes. The officers arrived first. No need to bring a hose.
